| Planetary gear transmission system has a lot of advantages, such as small volume, small mass, large carrying capacity and stable transmission etc. But because of factors such as manufacturing and installation errors, load distribution between each planet gears are not uniform. It makes the planetary gear transmission system good performance of large carrying capacity and stable transmission cannot give a full play. Load sharing characteristic of planetary gear transmission system has become an important research content of planetary transmission. This paper uses virtual prototype dynamic simulation to study load sharing characteristics for the planetary gear transmission system.In this paper,3D model of planetary gear transmission system is established by using3D modeling software UG. Import the3D model to professional dynamic analysis software ADAMS. Based on the system equivalent dynamic calculation model, add constraints to the model. By setting damping parameters and friction parameters in constraints, the considering damping and friction virtual prototype model of planetary gear transmission system is established.Running dynamic simulation for the virtual prototype model, mesh forces are obtained. From analyzing mesh forces, system load sharing coefficient curves are gained. And the impact of installation errorsã€eccentric errorsã€components support stiffnessã€mesh stiffness and surface friction on system load sharing characteristics are studied.Formulas of equivalent errors along the mesh lines and gear pairs mesh forces are deduced, the dynamic differential equations of the system are set up. Using Modelica to solve it, system load sharing coefficient curves are obtained, the impact of errors〠components support stiffness and mesh stiffness on system load sharing characteristics are studied, and the correctness of using ADAMS researching planetary gear transmission system load sharing characteristics results are checked.In this paper, ADAMS simulation is used to prove that, appling crown gear coupler instead of straight gear coupler can improve load sharing effect of2K-H planetary gear transmission system. |
