Now, the study of frozen soil is major for mechanical property, little for thermodynamic property. With the developing and exploiting of frozen soil, researching for thermodynamic property becomes more and more important. Permafrost in the freezing process is shown in the poly-tropic thermal properties by experimental study and theoretical analysis. The cause of this phenomenon is because of composition and physicochemical property of frozen soil. Coefficient of thermal is usually used to express physicochemical property like specific heat capacity (Cd), volumetric heat capacity (C), thermal conductivity (λ), thermal conductivity (α). Through research result, thermal properties of frozen soil is not only dependent on the material and structure of with itself, to a large extent depends on the content and nature of the aqueous solution, aqueous solution have make contact thermal resistance between the soil particles decreases sharply.This article is on the basis of predecessors’research, to research the frozen saline soil no predecessors in soil on the composition, structure and content of aqueous solution, the temperature change experiment study, to clarify the permafrost thermal properties of a few basic physical parameters of soil and the relative relations. At the same time, the use of ANSYS simulation software for numerical simulation of temperature field of frozen saline soil, by observing the simulation to determine the changes of soil temperature field of frozen saline soil coefficient of thermal conductivity of the test accuracy and And test the soil temperature field for the engineering provides a new effective method. Experimental apparatus according to the principle of thermal conductivity measurement is different, generally divided into steady state and transient method. In this paper, the experimental method for transient method of transient hotline method, using the apparatus developed for xian city summer river company, name of the instrument for thermal conductivity tester TC3000hotline method.By experiment and found the freeze on saline soil dry density, moisture content and the salt content of the soil type, soil salt content and temperature change on the coefficient of thermal conductivity of saline soil has great influence, the numerical simulation results also show that the experimental measurement of frozen saline soil coefficient of thermal conductivity value more accurately with high credibility, this also for the analysis of temperature field, the research mentioned another train of thought, indoor saline soil coefficient of thermal conductivity for the future research to provide important reference significance.
