| According to the structural features of gas solubility jet cleaning nozzle, a newmethod of gas solubility jet cleaning basing on self-excited oscillation is first proposedin this paper. Considering the atomization way of water jet under its own power, thetheory of self-excited oscillation is applied to water jet atomization. On the basis of thetheory of gas-liquid flow and taking advantage of the technology of the self-excitedoscillation jet, cleaning equipment can be greatly simplified, and its reliability has beenfurther improved. Also, cleaning effect has been improved, and industrial waterresources can be a great saving. The paper has analyzed in depth the mechanism of gassolubility jet and self-excited oscillation pulsed jet, and the structure of the nozzle hasbeen improved.First of all, cavitation characteristics of self-excited oscillation pulsed jet andatomization mechanism of gas solubility jet have been elaborated in theory, and thecavitation model of self-excited oscillation pulsed jet and the mathematical model ofgas-liquid flow of gas solubility jet have been set up.Secondly, theoretical design methods of Rafael nozzle and atomizationmechanism of self-excited oscillation jet have been analyzed, and the importantparameters that affect the performance of the atomization have been found, and thenew gas-soluble self-excited oscillation pulsed jet atomizer has been initially designed.Finally, the feature flow field of cavitation zone in the chamber of self-excitedoscillation has been analyzed and numerical simulated. According to the impact on theself-excited oscillation pulsed jet atomization, the optimal structural parameters andtheir ratios have been found, and the spray nozzle chamber structure of self-excitedoscillation pulsed jet has been optimized. |
