With the advancement of domestic urbanization process, housing, transportationconstruction projects gradually develop to the underground space. Pit supportingproject for underground space as an inevitable key and basic links in the process offoundation, attracts the attention of geotechnical practitioners and researchers. Andunderground construction projects to the deeper and wider range of development andurban planning and environmental impacts of underground engineering and time limitfor a project is becoming more and more strict requirements, which makes thelimitation of the foundation pit supporting method gradually revealed. Bored pilescombined bolting as a means of foundation pit supporting, because of its wideapplicability, is widely used supporting effect in multiple regions in our country,achieving very good engineering results. Bored piles achieve safety of high support,but Due to its unique pile process, it also has the thick liquid material cost more,progress is slow, the shortcomings of high cost, serious restricting its developmentand application in the field of foundation pit supporting. Beam back into CFG pile asa new type of soil retaining structure in the field of geotechnical engineering,combines the advantages of traditional pile and CFG pile. It is not only a traditionalhigh strength and high lateral shear resistance of bored piles but also use the CFG pileconstruction technology, which effectively avoid the pile and the disadvantages ofhigh cost, slow progress and can also meet the requirements of foundation pitsupporting for the safety and economic benefit. It has good application anddevelopment prospect. I-steel the CFG pile is a new supporting measure. Thetraditional design method and mathematical method error is bigger, and it oftenconsiders factors one-sided, so it unable to meet the requirements of engineeringdesign for the accuracy and reliability.In this paper, combined with a foundation pit engineering of Zhengzhou, usingthe method of ABAQUS numerical simulation to analyses beams against the CFGpile supporting process design. Article first analyses the supporting mechanism andcharacteristics of the pile anchor supporting structure, establishing and optimizing thenumerical model of i-steel reverse thrust CFG supporting system; Based on the foundation pit specific site geological conditions, optimizing the design parameters ofconstruction; Separately on the basis of the foundation pit supporting designparameters using ABAQUS numerical simulation and LIZHENG to predict theexcavation retaining pile deformation and bending moment, internal force changes,during the excavation process; At the same time strictly accordance with the guidanceoptimization design parameters of the foundation pit supporting, we collect andanalyze the field mainly data during the excavation to the completion; finallycomprehensively comparative analysis of the results of numerical simulation and fieldmonitoring results of ABAQUS and the result of LIZHENG that a traditional sciencein foundation pit supporting design method. The results show that the beams the CFGpile supporting effect is good, prominent, the ability to resist stress is good. On thebasis of reducing the project cost can effectively ensure the safety of the foundationpit, worthy of further promotion of use; Numerical simulation of ABAQUS as adesign method of beam inverse of CFG pile. Its results are basically consistent withthe engineering practice, avoiding the disadvantage of traditional design method. It isa kind of reasonable engineering design method.
