Solar chimney system is the system which can bing the sunshine to the room andmeanwhile can bring the air out of the room, so the air can flow and make the airquality much better.The infrared light air importing to the room with the sunshine canalso heat the air in the channel which can strengthen the natural ventilationperformance.The article studies two different light pipe model of the natural ventilation.Firstmode establish base on the cartesian coordinate system,component by the hot plate,glass plate, light pipe.Starting from the heat transfer model, deduced energy movementsituation systematic,and according to the equation deduced above we get theventilation rate equation.The second model establish by cylindrical coordinate systemconsidering the engineering practice.The system also component by glass cover andcollection hot plate but the light pipe was placed outside of the ventilation pipecoaxially.According to the2different models above CFD simulation was used to analysisthe ventilation performance.From the simulation results,a conclusion can be obtainedthat light intensity on the system has an significant effect on the ventilationperformance,so in practical engineering construction sun automatic tracking system,should be choose to ensure the panels lighting area is always perpendicular to the sun,so the collection hot wall can accept the most light intensity at the same time. This isparticularly effect to the underground and semi-underground space.Analyze the ventilation system, an optimal collocation existed which making thesystem induced air rate largest. When the ratio of the export area rand the entrance isequal to0.5,the structure of the system is optimized. An optimal Angle also existed,when the system of oblique angle equals to45°, the optimal condition was appeared.Inthe article ventilation gap affect to the performance of ventilation coefficient is greaterthan the slope Angle.
