Abstract:In the anticorrosion measures of reinforced concrete structure, corrosion inhibitor is considered to be the most simple and effective. Migration inhibitor is breed new inhibitor was developed in twentieth Century ninety in the world, change and compensate for the function defects of traditional nitrites, inorganic inhibitor in the performance, is more capable of migration in concrete function, in time and space to provide effective guarantee for the protection of reinforced concrete mix in the. Based on the migration mechanism of corrosion inhibitor, migration composite reinforced concrete corrosion inhibitor MCI was prepared, and compared with finite element numerical simulation, discusses the rust of independent research and development of compound MCI performance and influence on the performance of reinforced concrete structure. The main work and achievements are as follows:(1) According to the HSAB theory Pearson synergistic effect of corrosion inhibitors, migration composite reinforced concrete rust agent, quantitative characterization of the rust on the simulated3%NaCl inhibitor in the concrete pore solution by potentiodynamic polarization performance, the optimal dosage of three ethanol, ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid, sodium molybdate, sodium silicate lithium four composite inhibitor respectively:1%,0.5%,1%,0.5%.(2) The model of corroded reinforced concrete members were Established by using the finite element software, migration composite reinforced concrete corrosion inhibitor on Corrosion of reinforced concrete members subjected to bending bearing capacity, load deflection relationships and the reinforced effect of stress distribution research, test results show that the migration of application of composite of rust from corroded reinforced concrete structure later, the bearing capacity is higher than the members without the incorporation of the flexural capacity of flexural members.(3) Test of bearing capacity of corroded reinforced concrete flexural members were accelerated, natural erosion, electricity accelerated under three conditions, according to test results of different conditions on the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete structures, failure mode, mechanical properties, corrosion morphology and products, chloride ion distribution of concrete. And the reinforced concrete by the degradation of flexural bearing capacity, finite element results with different erosion conditions migration inhibitor application were analyzed, results showed that the artificial accelerated test method in the component materials, environment, mechanism level than the constant current acceleration method is closer to the natural state of the environment, the same erosion conditions, compared to control beam without migration inhibitor, application migration inhibitor of beams carrying capacity about6%higher than.
