| Because silty soil has the characteristics of large natural water content, high compressibility, weak permeability, low shear strength, are very unfavorable on the construction. Bag-grouting-pile is a new technology of soft soil foundation reinforcement, is a construction technology to be based on geotextile bags (nylon fiber bags) and grout to form a cylindrical hardened soil to reinforce the soft soil. The technology has the feature of low cost, good effect, the use of materials and equipment are conventional, to be convenient to construction, and it has great promotional value. But the research on the mechanism and application of bag-grouting-pile in silty soil is far behind engineering practice, the understanding of many problems is not thorough. This paper is based on the related research achievements in domestic and international, combining numerical simulation and engineering practice, analyzing the mechanism of Bag-grouting-pile and guiding engineering practice. The main work and research production of this article include:1、Using Plaxis to build two numerical simulation models, comparative analysis the settlement, super hydrostatic pressure, stress by analysis of consolidation, qualitative received a part of the mechanism of Bag-grouting-pile.2、Examined the pile material, construction equipment, construction technology of Bag-grouting-pile.3、Combining a riverbank treatment engineering, focused on the following issues:(1)Through analyzing the changes in pore water pressure, and the integrity of pile core after treatment, to prove the results of numerical simulation that Bag-grouting-pile has the action of drain.(2)Using standard penetration test, sample test to analyzes the effects in silty soil after the treatment of Bag-grouting-pile, that the carrying capacity and all kinds of physical and mechanical parameters of silty soil are improved.4、Researching the pile spacing and the form of bag, and spread the technology of bag-grouting-pile. |
