The high-speed operation and light-weight design of the vehicle system exacerbate the dynamic action of the wheel/rail system and vehicle interior systems, increase the high-frequency vibration and easily intensify elastic vibration of the main components. So further researching the dynamics behavior, vibration frequency distribution, transmission characteristics and vibration energy of the elastic vehicle system in high-speed running state has an important significance for the development of high-speed train. Relying on an EMU model, the paper establishes the flexible model of the wheelset, bogie frame and carbody, sets up the rigid/elastic vehicle system dynamics simulation model with the same parameters in SIMPACK, and then launches a series of simulation calculations.To study the impact of the speed on the dynamics behavior of the elastic vehicle system, the paper analyzes the dynamic behavior index, vibration and load characteristics under the speed of250km/h,300km/h,350km/h. The results show that with the increase of the speed, the security and steady decrease; wheel-rail forces and loads of primary/secondary suspension increase and the vibration volatility increases. In addition, whether vertical or lateral, compared to the primary suspension, the trend of the vibration intensity of secondary suspension has slowed.The paper analyzes the vibration acceleration of the train under350km/h, explores the vertical and lateral acceleration from time domain to frequency domain and analyzes the amplitude characteristics, frequency distribution, vibration transmit and vibration energy. The results show that, firstly, whether vertical or lateral, whether to consider the elastic effect have an impact on the vibration volatility of the vehicle system, which is particularly evident in the vibration characteristics of the bogie, followed by the carbody, and with the minimal impact on the wheelset. Secondly, whether vertical or lateral, from the wheelset to bogie and then to carbody, in the time domain, the vibration acceleration amplitude showes an order descending trend; in the frequency domain, the transmit of frequency vibration also generally presents an order decreasing trend. Finally, the vibration frequency distribution and the spectral density of the main components of the elatic vehicle system are significantly higher than the rigid, and the vibrational energy is very low when the structure model operating elastic vibration.The paper studies the vibration characteristics of the elastic system from time domain to frequency domain, analyzes the vibration mechanism of the high-speed train from multiple perspectives.It makes great practical significance.
