Template project is a fundamental part of the construction of concrete and reinforced concrete structures, board design and computing of traditional template with support systems as well as Installation、 demolition and turnover work of template is extremely complicated, Thus, It is a widespread attention research topic to effectively improve the engineering design and installation of template.Steel Fiber Reactive Powder Concrete (Steel Fiber RPC) is a kind of reactive powder concrete which is mixed with evenly dispersed Steel Fiber. RPC has high strengths dense uniform microstructure、good volume stability and durability. Steel fiber can improve the brittle performance and failure modes of explosive, can play a better enhanced toughness and crack resistance effect. Steel Fiber RPC is suitable as a template substrate, with its raw materials to produce the thin template of a certain wall thickness, At the same time to meet the construction requirements, but also as the shell to guard steel in the column, And the need to consider their participation in the force structure, thus, achieve the purpose of the control column section. In-depth study steel fiber RPC permanent pillar applications in the structure, there will be conducive to the promotion of this new template.RC Frame Structures with steel fiber RPC permanent pillar is a kind of Frame whose column is with steel fiber RPC permanent pillar. To research force characteristics, deformation characteristics and the failure model of RC Frame Structures with steel fiber RPC permanent pillar under static load, Based on the research results about steel concrete structures at home and abroad, referring to test research method and ideas for frame structures in the literature under static load,static test is completed. On the basis of theoretical calculations, this paper analysis influence of permanent pillar on load-bearing capacity and takes the ABAQUS nonlinear analysis of general frame.The results show that steel fiber RPC permanent pillar can constraint the deformation of core Concrete column, distribution of confining force on the same section is non-uniform; longitudinal stress distribution on the same section of the frame column is uneven, confining force in the positions where compressive stress is large is correspondingly large;Steel fiber RPC permanent pillar has better coordination work characteristics with core concrete; the load-deflection curve at mid-span of the frame beam is an approximate four-straight line, this kind of frame,firstly tensile reinforcement yield at mid-span of the frame beam, secondly upper tensile reinforcement yield at both ends of the frame beam,the structure form three hinged variable system, lastly concrete crush cause the overall failure at one end of the frame beam. The result of test provides a theoretical basis for applications of permanent pillar in the project. By comparative analysis of ABAQUS nonlinear analysis and experimental results, failure modes between the two is similar, eventually forming three hinge failure mechanism; trends to deflection changes are consistent; variation of concrete strain and steel strain is almost unanimous; compared with testing frame with steel fiber RPC permanent pillar, concrete of general frame crack earlier; Steel fiber RPC acts as a column template, while participate the force structure as part of frame column, further to some extent, improving the ultimate bearing capacity of the frame.
