Abstract:Steel-concrete composite truss was a new kind of composite structure, which was different from the traditional concrete structure and steel structure, Its prominent advantages and excellent social economic benefits made it show a strong competitive advantage in the field such as modern bridges and buildings. Structure of this type has been widely used in abroad while research and examples of the domestic is handful. Although some scholars and universities investigated on this structure from the perspective of mechanical performance, capacity and stiffness analysis, however, the analysis and optimization is rare, this analysis focused on single factors in particular. Therefore, this article on its multi-factor analysis has great theoretical significance and research value. This thesis combined with finite element software ABAQUS and mathematical statistics to multivariate optimization analysis, the main work and research results are as follows:(1) According to the software modeling process, combined the model features of external node, simulate the mechanical properties of the model in the water calm force loads, and analyze the results of the simulation calculation. Sub-components analysis is taken to be, respectively discussed the stress and strain. Analysis shows that the concrete chord and steel work well, but the other parts has stress concentrating effect.(2) Whether to consider the bond effect between the steel node plates and concrete, this paper adopt and comparative analysis two models embedding and not embedding on the load-displacement curve and the load-strain curves. Discussed in what simulation, the finite element calculations closer to the test results. It shows that the not embedded model can better simulate the actual mechanical process before the strengthening phase, while in the strengthening phase, embedded model can simulate the test process well. Simultaneously single factor affecting the performance of the external force nodes were analyzed. Analysis shows that in addition to change the steel node plate thickness to improve the carrying capacity of node is bigger, change other single factor, the influence is limited.(3) By orthogonal test method in the mathematical statistics, factors affecting the external bearing capacity were analysis by the multi-level or orthogonal multivariate. Discussed the Primary and secondary order and interaction of the factors, conclusion that the optimal combination of solutions. Research shows that the steel reinforcement ratio plays the role of the minimum change in the orthogonal experiment, the steel node plate thickness and the wall thickness steel leg have significant effects on the bearing capacity of the node to improve, and the obvious interaction.There are49charts,23tables,56references.
