With the rapid development of the solar thermal technology and heat pump technology, the solar heat pump and hot water technology gradually become a hot spot of research and development in the energy sector. Solar water source heat pump system, researched in this paper, is a new energy-saving mechatronic equipment. This equipment, which combines heat pump technology and solar thermal technology. However, the heating performance of heat pump in low temperature circumstance is poor, and the efficiency of heat collecting fluctuates considerably according to the weather condition, which make the control method for the equipment becomes a critical issue when it operates in the water heating working condition. This paper concentrates on the solar water source heat pump system, put forward a new control technology for heating hot water. The specific work carried out in this paper as follows:After analyze the working principle of the solar water source heat pump system, it bring forward a concept that the purpose of the control strategy is to maximize the utility of solar energy to complete the mission of heating hot water, and improve the COP of the system. To analyze the quality and energy conservation for the hot water storage tank,establish a equations for temperature of hot water storage tank, put forward a new intelligent control strategy based on heating predictive by this equations. Establish a back propagation neural network model for hourly solar irradiance forecast, and the predictive calculation model of the heat production of solar collector module is setted up by use the output of the model; establish the predictive calculation model of the heat production of heat pump, based on the heat transfer analysis of evaporator of the heat pump.Establish a back propagation neural network model for the next day hourly solar irradiance forecast, the output of the model can reflect the change of the solar radiation that day, and compared with the output of the network model for hourly solar irradiance forecast to optimize the variation of the solar radiation, set up the experimental platform to verify the feasibility of optimization methods, derive the optimization model of forecast calculation of the heat production of solar collector module; set up the experimental platform of the water source heat pump, using experimental research methods to get the relationship of COP of water source heat pump and working hours of the unit, so derive the optimization model of forecast calculation of the heat production of heat pump based on the relationship.According to the characteristic of solar water source heat pump system, the control system of the solar water source heat pump system was designed. The PC software programmed by VB6.0, including BP neural network algorithm, communication between PC and S7-200PLC and data processing. Procedure made by STEP-7are designed under the means of block-based design. Conduct the actual operation testing on the solar heat pump coupling system, which is installed with the controller, test results show that, the control technology of this paper is further energy-saving and higher COP than the traditional control technology.
