:The subway project is an important means to solve the traffic problems of the modern city and is an important part of the lifeline engineering. With the increase of the number of subway stations and the frequently damage of subway stations, the subway station problems has attracted increasing attention to the seismic workers of the world. This paper focuses on the subway station seismic performance,at the same time, conducted study and discussion for some difficulty that to be addressed during the seismic response finite element analysis process.Based on AN SYS software,two-dimensional finite element model of subway stations in somewhere established and seismic response are analyzed. The main works of the paper are as follows:(1) Analysis of the range of values of the foundation, Results indicated that bottom width of the ten-fold structure is rational in computation.lt can economize computer memory and enhance the calculation efficiency.(2) The computing precision of three type conditions such as fixed boundary, viscous boundary and visco-elastic boundary is compared. Example shows visco-elastic boundary considered fully the restoring force of the foundation.Therefore,visco-elastic boundary is more reasonable than the other two.(3) Comparative analysis the seismic response of the subway station with different input ground motion characteristics, different ground motion input modes and seismic responds of free ground.(4) Analyzed the seismic response of subway station under the factors of surrounding rocks, elastic modulus and the thickness of cover soil.
