inflatable anchor with several airbags is a new style of anchor.Its structure is:Drill a few holes in the bottom of the rod for inflatable.Then set several rubber membranes on where the holes are.Both ends of each rubber flim is tightened on the bolt with the steel ring. Thus, the rod body, the ring and the rubber membrane form a closed system.After place the anchor in soft soil or sand,then its high-pressure inflatable gas through the rod.the gas flow to the rubber membranes through intake holes.Then the rubber membrane is expanded because of inflating.then the rubber membranes Squeeze the soil.Then the rubber membranes form an enlarged head. The rubber membranes can improve the anchoring force by squeezing the surrounding soil.Indeed,inflatable anchor of several airbags is a new kind of inflatable anchor.First, analyze the material of the experiments equipment. Determine the optimum material through a series of experiments.Second, analyzing the Mechanical Properties of Inflatable anchor of string airbags. At last,create the anchor and the experiment mode. Then, carry on a series of base test. Such as friction test on rubber membrane,soil test and so on. At last, carry on water filling test. Compare the relationship between inflatable anchor and inflatable anchor of several airbags in the inflation pressure and volume expansion.The results show that:inflation pressure, embedment depth, the length, number, thickness, spacing of the rubber membrane and other factors effect limit load and displacement of inflatable anchor with several airbags. The load of inflatable anchor with several airbags is less than22%of inflatable anchor with single airbag.And the ultimate displacement of inflatable anchor with several airbags is significantly reduced. The rubber membrane of the anchor is like cylinders during expansion,and it’s like cones during limit state.At last,check the inflatable anchor load formula which is based on cavity expansion theory. Get Empirical formula of load and ultimate displacement with inflatable anchor with several airbags by multiple regression.
