Abstract:With the development of technology and high-precision technology, rolling bearings with high precision and reliability are widely used, especially in the aviation sector. Accurate prediction of the life of rolling bearings and its reliability is very important for improving the aero engine reliability, safety and applicability.Firstly, the power spectrum of a helicopter was processed, fatigue load of a rolling bearing on helicopter main reducer was built. A three-dimensional model of rolling bearing was established basing on ANSYS finite element analysis software, and the maximum stress was got through stress cloud. Then combined with Miner cumulative damage theory and S-N curve the bearing life model was established. It shows the software runs normally and life mode provides a theoretical basis for its reliability calculation. Then based on the life of a rolling bearing material distribution normal distribution or Weibull distribution fitting test to determine the distribution, with the life parameters estimation, the model reliability and estimation formulas under different distribution was obtained; or created by the stress and intensity models for general formulas of reliability. The P-S-N curve parameters was obtained through the metal contact fatigue test, and combined with the power of the spectral data part load was processed, fatigue reliability of rolling bearings is calculated basing on SN curves and Miner cumulative damage theory life estimation. It shows that the higher the reliability, the lower the value of the life. Finally, through the metal fatigue test to verify the calculation on the rolling bearing fatigue life model is effective, and theoretical results of fatigue test that the value is basically the same, so the mathematical model established in this paper is effective.49Figures,18tables, and80...
