The cellular voided cast-in-situ concrete plate has a new kind of hollow plates in which many smaller boxes are embedded orderly as inter forms. It has unique structure characteristics and mechanical performance relative to the ordinary solid floor. According to the different internal model, the cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor can be divided into two categories:the cylinder, cylinder core for internal model are fixed in cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor and the block, box for internal model are fixed in cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor. At present, the two kinds of hollow floor have been widely used in the domestic many with large span public buildings and residential buildings. Quadrilateral bearing cellular voided cast-in-situ concrete mechanics performance analysis of the hollow two-way plates is used for the cellular voided cast-in-situ concrete floor technology popularization and application of the most basic, is a key ring, also need to improve in some ways. Therefore, in this paper, the quadrilateral bearing cellular voided cast-in-situ concrete mechanical properties of the hollow two-way plates were studied. The main contents are as follows:1. The concept and classification of cellular voided cast-in-situ concrete floor were introduced. The structure characteristics, the stress and deformation properties and engineering application were recommended, the domestic important engineering structures are introduced, the domestic and foreign of the relevant standards about the design of the structure provisions are presented, the research status of voided plate are discussed.2. Nonlinear numerical simulation analysis was conducted to investigate the mechanical behaviors of cellular voided cast-in-situ concrete two-way plates supported by ANSYS software and through the contrastive analysis of the simulation value and experimental value, to determine the accuracy of the model, and analysis of mechanical properties and damage mechanism of the voided plate.3. Based on the finite element model, cellular voided cast-in-situ concrete two-way plates’ mechanical properties, the influence degree of the failure mechanism and ultimate bearing capacity were studied for concrete strength grade, steel reinforcement ratio on the surface, the underlying steel reinforcement ratio, panel thickness and hollow rate.4. Based on the tiny deflection theory of the elastic thin plates, derived from the equilibrium differential equation of the cellular voided plates, the bending of the cellular voided plate stiffness and twisting stiffness equation. Based on the above, according to the Navier method, the calculation formula of deflection and bending moment of simply supported on four sides of the cellular voided two-way plate were recommended, Galerkin method of weighted residualsmethod, clamped cellular voided two-way deflection andbending moment calculation formula is derived, compared with finite element calculation value analysis at the same time, analyze its rationality.5. The end, this paper of the research work have been summarized the need for improvements and future need to conduct further prospects of research work.
