Study On The System Of Thermodynamic Calculation In Coal-fired Power Station Boiler

The thermal calculation system of coal-fired power station boiler combines thetraditional static calculation with the calculation method of optimization, through detectingthe operating parameters of boiler, to achieve on-line calculation of the efficiency of boilers, itcan provide the necessary theory data guidance and control for the steady-state optimizationoperation and the corresponding operation basis of the boiler unit.This paper researches on a670t/h power plant coal-fired boiler, according to the SovietUnion Standard method of boiler unit thermodynamic calculation in1973and up-to-dateachievements in electric industry. The main points of the principles and methods of singlefurnace boiler thermodynamic calculation are summarized in all aspects with polished, andthe physical models and mathematical models of the heating elements and non-heatingelements are established. By C++Builder language, combining the optimization theory andonline detection technology developed a sound based on BP neural networks and geneticalgorithms boiler thermal calculation system. On the basis of comparing the positive andnegative balance calculation method of the boiler efficiency, established a thermal powerstation boiler optimization calculation model, which can optimize boiler operating parameters.After commissioning the scene, it collected a lot of the experimental data andcomprehensive analysis. The test proved that this system can not only check the thermalcalculation on the boiler coal, and can make a correct diagnosis and guidance of the feasibilitystudy for the operation of the boiler, optimized operating parameters of the boiler, improvedthe efficiency of the boiler, achieved economic operation for the boiler. Technical staff can beadjusted guidance units operating at any time to understand the operation of unit equipment,and increase the level of automation, enhanced the security and energy conservation of theunit.
