Transformer bushing is an outlet device which leads the internal high-voltage tothe outside of transformer. It is not only an important part of power transformer, butalso is very important power transmission equipment. In order to guarantee the safecirculate of the transformer and electric power system,the insulation monitoring ofthe transformer bushing is necessary, it can contribute to master the operation oftransformer bushing timely and effectively. Therefore, the research of on-linemonitoring of transformer bushing has a high degree of theoretical significance and agreat economic value.The paper focuses on three sides to design the system of on-line monitoring fortransformer bushing, it includes the collection of field data, fault diagnosis andcondition assessment. For the part of field data collection, selecting currentlyavailable capture devices to obtain the data of oil chromatographic, dielectric loss andextract partial discharge; The part of fault diagnosis, using IEC three-ratio method todiagnose the faults for the oil chromatographic data, using analysis and judgmentguideline on oil-immersed transformer to diagnose the faults for the dielectric lossdata initially, and then combine the oil chromatographic data and use the method ofDavid trigonometry to diagnose the faults, for the partial discharge data, using themethod of BP neural network to diagnose the faults; The part of condition assessment,according to build a kind of transformer evaluation model of improved SPA-TFN toassess the state of transformer bushing. Some examples show that this method isaccurate and reliable.This system selects SQL Server2008as the database server, employs VisualStudio2008as the development platform.
