Nowadays, with the energy supply increasingly tense and the electricity marketopening up gradually, it is extremely important to study the optimization operation ofthermal power. Energy loss analysis which makes optimal operation of thermal powerunits come true is one of the essentially theoretical works. As we all know, it is the bestoperation and the optimal-allocation of parameters under different loads conducive toimprove the economic benefit of units operation that have a very important significanceto energy-saving and emission reduction.Firstly, the optimal of units operation were studied with only one variable. Based onheat balance, regarding the minimum of heat rate as objective functions, the studydeveloped the optimization model of initial pressure under the conditions of pure steamfor a certain load, simultaneously gaining the program of optimal initial pressure andeconomic barometers, and Comparing with actual data. According to the influence of thedifferent combination of circular pumps on net power output of cold-end system, thestudy also established the optimization model of circular water pumps. And thecorrectness of the two models above was verified by calculating with a300MW unit inQingyuan as an example. Moreover, the optimal initial pressure was obtained in differentloads by the method exhaustive optimization, and it was account for how main steampressure influences thermal efficiency, and the result shows that there is a value of mainsteam pressure making the thermal economic value optimal by adjusting thesteam-allocation in the constant load. By the same method, the optimum operating modeof circular water pumps was also calculated out during circular water temperaturecontinually changing in different loads and it was acquired that the obtained optimumcombination of circular water pumps can be directly used to adjust the operation mode ofcircular water pumps.Secondly, the optimal of units operation were also studied with two variables. Basedon heat balance and the operation optimization of circular water pumps, regarding theminimum of standard-coal consumption as objective functions, the study developed theoptimization model of initial pressure and back pressure under the conditions of puresteam, simultaneously gaining the program of optimal initial and back pressure. Taking a300MW unit in Qingyuan as an example, it was carried out to calculate the optimal valueof multivariate optimization model by the method of genetic algorithm, achieving theoptimal initial and back pressure under different loads with economic barometers, andComparing with actual data. As a result, the optimal main steam pressure and exhauststeam pressure could be obtained by adjusting the steam-allocated way and the inlet temperature of circular water under a certain load, providing a reference for the study ofoperation parameters optimization of units.
