Firstly, based on studying the effect of current domestic and foreign photovoltaicsystem on the grid voltage. We analysis of the present situation of Yixian County powergrid and put forward the necessity and significance of the research and construction ofphotovoltaic power station of Yixian County.Through the research of photovoltaic powerstation access system principles and requirements and considering the situation aroundthe Yixian County power grid,we put forward the access scheme of Baoding power gridphotovoltaic power station in Yixian County.Secondly, we make the simulation of the photovoltaic power station access IEEE33grid voltage from the theory to further determine the position where Yixian Countyphotovoltaic power station connected into the Baoding power grid. We also make thesimulation of the trend of Yixian County and analysis the effects of Baoding power gridvoltage.Finally, this paper puts forward the corresponding communication scheme, thebooster station configuration, system configuration of relay protection and securityautomatic device. We design the voltage regulation scheme and compensation the powersystem by using reactive compensation devices to reduce the photovoltaic grid connectedto the distribution system.
