| With the economic development of Tangshan city, the increasing scale of electricnetwork, users are increasing demands for the quality of electric energy, take effectivemeasures to decrease network loss, improve voltage level, has become an important issuedirectly relates the economy benefit of power enterprise.According to the operation of electric network in Tangshan city, the whole design ofthe AVC system of regional electric network, puts forward integrated control systemdesign of AVC system on electric network in Tangshan city based on the regulation ofthe integration of OPEN3000system, carried on the preliminary design to the systemstructure of AVC system and the network AVC coordinated control, the county AVCcoordinated control and local small power plant AVC control project; control strategy ofclassification of real-time dynamic partition based on AVC system, optimal voltageregulation, reactive power control, no mark power factor and the whole networkcoordinated control function for the specific design, including the use of analytic methodand expert rules algorithm based real-time network loss sensitivity optimization, theestablishment of control rules of expert knowledge base was analyzed to check thecontrol instruction, to guarantee the robustness of control system and control precision,speed and reliability. Combined with the practice of electric network in Tangshan city,the analysis of electric network in Tangshan city AVC system control strategy, to analyzethe security strategy, security control process; finally, to test the AVC system on electricnetwork in Tangshan city and the closed-loop performance is analyzed, the operation ofAVC system.
