Dry-mixed mortar is a new kind of building mortar that is made by cementing materials,fine aggregate, admixture and the admixture mixed according to certain proportion.It hasmany advantages such as stable quality,variety,easy construction,green environmentalprotection,etc. This paper analyzes the performance of the dry mortar with raw materials.Studied the correlation of cement performance and dry-mixed mortar.the results showed thatthe strength of dry-mixed mortar is not increasing with the cement, and related to the dosageof cement dosage or powder; as a result of dry mortar dry powder Rate, the influence of suchfactors as the water for dry-mixed mortar is not increased with cement standard consistencywater consumption increased, and the setting time of cement water on the setting time ofdry-mixed mortar is not a rule change, and discusses the influence factors of dry-mixedmortar dry powder.In this paper for all kinds of fine aggregate (yellow sand, artificial sandand reclaimed sand) on the grain size distribution analysis, studied the various types of fineaggregate fineness modulus of the impact on the rate of dry powder mortar.By studying thewater consumption rate of dry-mixed mortar dry powder and loss rate of consistency, theeffect of the filtering rate of the reasonable range of dry powder.And analyses the influence ofdosage of dry-mixed mortar of raw materials for the comprehensive performance ofdry-mixed mortar, puts forward the key technical parameters of dry-mixed mortar mixture asfineness modulus, water consumption rate of dry powder and mortar.Through the test of masonry mortar and plaster mortar,it shows that masonry mortarMH0630-13, MH0705-33and plaster mortar PH0730-25, PH0506-41comprehensiveperformance has a certain advantage, respectively, can be used mixed artificial masonrymortar (or masonry mortar regeneration) DMM5, DMM7.5and artificial plastering mortar(or regenerative plaster mortar)DPM5, DPM10as benchmark mortar.With yellow sand as abenchmark,optimize the design of artificial sand and recycled sand grain size distribution, Thereplacement rate were30%and50%respectively on the influence of dry-mixed mortarcomprehensive performance.The results shows masonry mortar DMM5best rate that artificialreplace with yellow sand is50%and dry-mixed plastering mortarDPM5is30%. Thoughoverall performance of recycled mortar is not better than the reference mortar, but instead at arate of30%,50%, the preparation of recycled dry-mixed mortar meet the national standardrequirements.In the ordinary course of dry-mixed mortar products promotion, shortage of naturalsand resources, varieties of gelled material selection and additive cost higher in dry mortar onthe sources of raw materials and production costs are significantly higher than the traditionalmortar, restricted the building dry mortar industry. Therefore, the analysis of the technical indicators of its raw material and looking for river sand replacement materials(artificial sandand reclaimed sand) has important practical significance. By studying the dosage of rawmaterials and related technology parameters affect the performance of different varietiesdry-mixed mortar, is helpful to explore the choice of building mortar varieties, the applicationof dry mortar has broad market prospects.
