The solar liquid desiccant air conditioning system has wide development prospect, it canuse low grade heat source to implementation solution regeneration, and it has small powerconsumption and no pollution to the environment. The collector/regenerator has the functionof both solar collector and regenerator and so is simple in structure. The regenerator is one ofthe core component of the solar liquid desiccant air conditioning system, its efficiency,running status, structure and the initial investment etc directly affect the performance andfeasibility of the system. Therefore, people want to design a reliable and highly cost effectivecollector/regenerator. Over the years, Many scholars proceed many theory analysis andexperimental research in collector/regenerator.The paper used theory and experimental analyzed regeneration performance of thefin-forming plate collector/regenerator and the surface plate collector/regenerator, designedand built the collector/regenerator experiment table, and established its theoretical calculationmodel, using LiCl solution as a regenerating liquid, analyzed the temperature and flow of airand solution, air moisture content, solution concentration and solar radiation intensity impacton solution regeneration amount and regenerator efficiency of two kinds of regenerators inGuangzhou. And compares the two kinds of regenerators solution regeneration amount andregenerator efficiency.The experiment and theoretical analysis results showed that when they under the sameoperating conditions and regenerator other structure parameters, the solution regenerationamount and regenerator efficiency in the fin-forming regenerator is always higher than in thesurface plate regenerator, used the fin-forming plate collector/regenerator instead of thesurface plate collector/regenerator can improve the collector efficiency of the regenerator, andthe solution regeneration amount more than140g/h around, the solution regeneration amount can improve13%~22%around, the regenerator efficiency improved7%around, also theyhave the same regeneration rule, when the entrance temperature and flow of air and solution,the solution regeneration amount and regenerator efficiency of two kinds of regeneratorsincreased, when the entrance solution concentration and air moisture content increased, thesolution regeneration amount and regenerator efficiency of two kinds of regeneratorsdecreased, when the solar radiation intensity increased, the solution regeneration amount oftwo kinds of regenerators increased, when the solar radiation intensity increased, theregenerator efficiency of two kinds of regenerators decreased.
