| Space tube truss concrete composite beam is a composite structure composed of steeltube truss and concrete plate formed by shear connectors. Tube truss is a section ofinverted triangular truss structure, ease to aesthetically pleasing, manufacture, installation,good stability, large stiffness, good economic effect, through hole plate fitting it togetherwith concrete slab, with high bearing capacity, larger and better performance of torsionalstiffness. At home and abroad to study spatial pipe truss concrete composite beam is less,and have not formed a complete set of design theory and the method of calculation, whichlimits the popularization of this kind of composite structure in practical project andapplication. Therefore, the experimental study on the spatial pipe truss concrete compositebeams is of important theoretical significance and engineering application value.This paper first describes two common space scale model of pipe truss concretecomposite beams bearing capacity test to study the static performance and failure mode:This test uses symmetric loading mode, the distribution function of beam will betransmitted to the four block, forming a four point loading; Through the test, got theultimate bearing capacity of spatial pipe truss concrete composite beam, the load deflectioncurve, concrete strain, strain of steel tube truss. Experimental data show that the thicknessof the concrete slab has influence to the carrying capacity, ultimate bearing capacity ofconcrete thickness is bigger.Then the finite element analysis of spatial pipe truss concrete composite beams: Theforce of the space tube truss concrete composite beam to simulate the whole process usingthe Abaqus software, simulation results and the experimental results are in good agreement;by comparing the modeling data and test data, verify the feasibility of the finite elementmodel, provides the basis for further analysis. Lastly, the main factors influencing thebearing capacity of spatial pipe truss concrete composite beams as changing parameters,the analysis of the effect of various parameters on the bearing capacity, and make aqualitative analysis. |
