Currently,in terms of vulnerability analysis of reinforced concrete frame structure,thetraditional approaches in our country are based on static analysis without considering theeffects of earthquake-resistance capability of structure caused by time-varying,while theoverall capacity of structure will show a downward trend with the growth of service time inactual use.Based on existing vulnerability analysis methods, the time-varying characteristicsof reinforced concrete structure are considered in this paper,a series of studies are commencedfrom four aspects,namely the time-varying characteristics of materials,the time-varyingvulnerability analysis,the application of fuzzy similarity in the vulnerability analysis and thelife-cycle cost analysis of structure,more specific work is as follows:(1) The research on time-varying characteristics of reinforced concrete structure.Basedon the characteristics of reinforced concrete frame structure,the durability of the structure ismainly considered,according to relevant domestic and international references,the relevantconclusion of time-varying formula is maded respectively on the strength of concrete andsteel bar,the elastic modulus,the carbonizatio of the concrete and the attenuation cross sectionof corroded steel bar.(2) Time-varying vulnerability analysis of reinforced concrete frame structure. Thetypical reinforced concrete frame structure models are selected as the research object forvulnerability analysis. According to the time-varying characteristics of the structure, itsdesign reference period is divided into8periods,8models are established with the use ofSAP2000to analyze Push-over which considering the time-varying,the displacement anglevalues between weak layers of structure can be obtained from the analysis results,thetime-varying vulnerability curves of the structure can be drawn when combined with the probabilistic and statistical characteristic corresponded to the displacement angle valuesbetween layers.(3) Application of fuzzy analogy method in time-varying vulnerability analysis of framestructure. Based on the fuzzy mathematics theory and the results of time-varying vulnerabilityearlier, the corresponding weights of each influence factors will be determined by entropymethod, then the time-varying vulnerability of the tested structure will be deduced through thesimilarity theory.(4) The structural aseismatic research and life-cycle cost evaluation based on states.Theaseismatic research based on states and the time-varying vulnerability analysis are combinedto research,with the consideration of the seismic risk and according to the mathematicalmodels of economic losses,the life-cycle cost of the structure in the period of design life canbe obtained finally,which can provide a reference for the government’s earthquake preventionand disaster reduction work and the aseismatic design based on states in the future.
