The coupled vibration between wheel and rail is produced when high-speed vehicles passthrough bridge, which is pass around through elevated bridge and the ground, meanwhile itgives rise to a series of structure vibration and noise of nearby buildings. Which causeseriously influenced on the people’s normal living and the security of the buildings. The noiseof structure of viaduct is caused by the wheel-rail system, while the research on vibration andnoise reduction of the structure-borne of viaduct is little, and it is of great significance tostudy the generation mechanism of the vibration noise of high speed railway viaduct structure.Based on railway system dynamics theory, we combine the vehicle-track-overheadbridge mutual coupling dynamics theory and acoustic boundary element method. Thevibration responses of elevated bridge box with double-block ballastless track and the radiatednoise of lines around the sound field are researched utilizing numerical simulation technique. The simulation model of the high-speed train and the structural parameters areestablished by using multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK, the vertical force ofwheel-track is calculated with the excitation of vehicle-track coupling system on the low trackregularity of German high speed railway conditions. Then a finite element model of viaduct isdeveloped with ANSYS and the free vibration characteristics of the viaduct model is analyzed. The viaduct dynamics responses is obtained from transient analysis using the wheel-rail forceas a input of the loading condition. A viaduct finite element model with double-blockballastless track is imported into LMS.Virtual.LAB with engagement of ANSYS andLMS.Virtual.LAB. Then an acoustic boundary element model and field point grids are built, carrying out acoustic analysis utilizing the transient analysis result as incentive boundaryconditions which is input acoustics module, the vibration of the various sites radiated noiseevaluation index and sound field distribution are obtained. With the simulation model that has been built, we analyze the structure-borne noise ofthe viaduct under different parameters of train speed and rail fastener stiffness parameters. Itprobes the generation mechanism of the structure-borne noise of the bridge in high-speedrailway with double-block ballastless track accurately, and provides a reliable theoreticalbasis for vibration and noise reduction of the viaduct structure in high speed railway.
