Based on rare earth permanent magnet brushless DC motor and the development ofpower electronic technology, microelectronics technology and the progress of controltechnology, achieved extensive development and application. Brushless DC motor is ina brushless DC motor based on besides brush and mechanical diverter, thus reducedmotor wear instability. Brushless DC motor according to its simple structure, highefficiency and power, small volume, control and maintenance etc, have been in homeappliances, aerospace, office automation, automotive and other fields has been widelyapplied. Therefore, the study of brushless DC motor control system has an importanttheoretical basis and practical significance. This article mainly discusses the controlsystem of brushless DC motor speed control algorithm and the torque ripple suppressionis studied.First of all, the brushless of DC motor in the intelligent control technology is thedevelopment direction of rapid progress situation according to the current developmentof brushless DC motor, application field, research status at home and abroad.Second, brushless DC motor based on its basic working principle of themathematical model is derived for the matrix equation, and according to themathematical model of motor based on MATLAB/Simulink simulation model isestablished. For brushless DC motor is multivariable, strongly coupled complicatednonlinear system, the model of PID speed controller is optimized to improve. Firstdesign the Anti-windup PI speed controller, the controller is to ensure that the systemappeared saturated, exit the saturated zone as soon as possible, and make the systemovershoot amount reduced; and the inversion adaptive mode variable structurecontroller is designed, make the nonlinear control system in the case of uncertainty andexternal disturbance, guarantee the stability of the dynamic and static performance ofthe system. Through MATLAB/Simulink simulation model of motor, brushless DCmotor speed controller of PID control and Anti-windup PI control on the simulationcontrast. Therefore, the realization of the system response speed, floating adjustment,make the brushless DC motor speed control system has good robustness and stability.Studied the inhibition of commutation torque ripple DC motor of the strategy, andintroduced the torque ripple of five kinds of traditional way of modulation. Based on the MATLAB/Simulink double chopper modulation, design the sliding mode controllerobserved intelligent control strategy to suppress the ripple of brushless DC motor.Commutation of sliding mode can be lowered by the sliding mode observed gain andthus reduce the shake array continuous sliding mode control and improve the robustnessof the system.Finally, in this paper, the hardware and software of the control system of brushlessDC motor circuit design research. And the hardware circuit part including main circuit,drive circuit, microprocessor control circuit and protection circuit; software part mainlyin the integrated development environment (CCS) in the design of the main programand timer interrupt service subroutine module of the program.
