Application of magnetic shielding sets pump and pump that be used in the industry have reduced leakage from the root to achieve a zero leakage, and also save a lot of energy for the community and the state, improve variety of industrial and business environments for us to create a better living environment. As a key component of magnetic shielding sets seal pumps and canned motor pump, its role has become increasingly obvious apparent, therefore this paper has done analysis and research on shielding sets sealing.This paper theoretically analyzed the causes of heat shielding vortex sets, which generated mainly due to shielding sets cut lines in a closed magnetic field, which induced current turned into the eddy current generated heat. Used both theoretical analysis and finite element analysis method, summed up the impact of eddy heat for the main parameters of shielding sets such as diameter, length and material, and the diameter of the shielding sets is the biggest to parameters the eddy heat. Using experimental methods to study material of the shielding sets, the effect of structure heat that generated by eddy current. Also verify the correction of the theoretical analysis, which provide theory for the future design of a shielding sets. As wide application of the shielding sets in the absence of leakage pump industry. Shielding sets is designed to set the pump leak-free guarantee safe and to have a reliable operation. The technology provids a technical protection for the company to improve the performance of magnetic pump in the further.
