As the rapid expansion of urban construction, the construction of newly-built super high-rise buildings in big cities nearby existing underground structure will be inevitably. There are few relevant engineering data at present, besides the analysis of the impact of the super high-rise building construction on adjacent underground structure is not much. Based on the engineering of the National Finance Information Building (360m) construction which is closely near operating metro tunnels in Beijing, this thesis builds three-dimensional numerical simulation of this project using the general geotechnical finite element software MIDAS/GTS. Aiming at the impact on closely adjacent operating metro tunnels caused during the super high-rise building constructing and using stage, some laws of tunnel deformation development are concluded. The main work is presented as follows:(1) Reviewing the research status at home and abroad, pointing out the shortage of traditional research methods. Especially when considering the additional deformation of the tunnels caused by upper structure under wind load, there is no clear research in this respect at home and abroad.(2) Based on the engineering background in this thesis, considering of corresponding domestic standards, the control standard of closely adjacent operating metro tunnels construction is put forward.(3) Analyzing the influence of the super high-rise building constructing and using stage on the closely adjacent operating metro tunnels. During the construction stage, the deformation of the metro tunnels is mainly consist of vertical subsidence, the horizontal displacement is quite small. While at the using stage, when considering the wind load, the settlement and horizontal deformation of the tunnels will be changed both.(4)The distance between building and tunnel, pile length, building height and other parameters are analyzed comparatively. Some tunnel protection measures are summarized.
