Abstract:Alloy has been widely applied in industrial fields, especially in high-tech areas such as defense and aerospace nowadays. The effect of alloy materials depends on the casting process, in which alloy casting can receive periodic acoustic field if ultrasonic is added, reaching acoustic streaming, cavitations and a series of non-linear effects, then results in degassing, refining the grain and balancing the compositions of alloy materials, thus the overall performance of such materials is enhanced. So, it is equally significant to study on the casting ultrasonic power. This thesis put presents a possible project of portbility ultrasonic power, basing on the fact that a set of cast ultrasonic power can only be applied to one corresponding alloy.As the required performance of the ultrasonic power in the casting process, together with the stability and portability considered, the thesis determines a main circuit topology of multi-stage transformer, rectifier diode, MOSFET single-phase full-bridge inverter. Then, the thesis uses TMS320F2812from TI company as the dominate core, and designs both hardware, including system drive circuit, protection circuit, sample circuit and match circuit, and software of control system.As for its transportability, the thesis first introduces an adjusting power plan of rough adjustment and slight adjustment, and analyzes the equivalent circuit model of energy converter, the tendency of which is put forward. Later, the adjustable inductance is chosen and a set of automatic tracking system is designed to satisfy its frequency demand of transportability.Finally, simulink is used and conducts modeling simulation is built, The results show the feasibility of the portability for casting ultrasonic power.
