Error Adjustment Based On Grey Theory In Continuous Bridge’s Linear Monitoring

Abstract:Construction linear monitoring is an important part of the bridge construction, the monitoring quality directly affects the quality of construction of the bridge, recently studies of construction monitoring have already made some achievements, but in terms of error adjustment, there’s no formula of formwork elevation take the error that may arise in subsequent sections into consideration, makes monitoring a certain blindness. In this paper, to make up for this deficiency, put forward a calculation parameter which is made of predictive data what may arise in subsequent sections to optimize the existing formula of formwork elevation so as to solve the problem of monitoring blindness. The main results are as follows:(1) Analyzed the problem of the existing calculate method in elevation of formwork, point out the problem that the exist error adjustment methods are not take the errors that may arise in subsequent sections into account;(2) Based on the existing formula of elevation of formwork, and combined with characteristics of construction errors and Grey Prediction Theory to put forward a calculation parameter which is made of predictive errors data what may arise in subsequent sections to optimize the existing formula of formwork elevation so as to solve the problem of monitoring blindness;(3) Established a finite element model that provides the basis for subsequent data analysis;(4) Combines with optimized formula of elevation of formwork and six-data Markov residual modified model to do predictive calculate for each section error of Xiao Jia River bridge, by coMPared with the measured error data, pointed out that the optimized formula can provide a reference for same or even greater span continuous bridge or continuous rigid frame bridge which construct by basket。...
