| Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC) has good flow properties, how to test therheological parameters of fresh SCC conveniently and accurately is one of the focusesin the world. This article carries out L-box tests of fresh SCC, uses CFD method toback analysis rheological parameters, and the parameters are verified by V-funneltests, it shows that:(1)It is feasible to use CFD method VOF model to simulate the flow behavior offresh SCC based on Bingham model, and simulation results tally with test results.(2)With the L-box test as known input and the flow patterns of freshself-compacting concrete at different time as known output, flow patterns of freshSCC are simulated by the CFD method, the objective function is established with theleast square method, the rheological parameters of fresh self-compacting concrete areobtained by back analysis cases with the coordinate alternation method based onexperimental data of L-box test, analysis result shows that the rheological parametersaccord well with the real flow behavior of fresh self-compacting concrete.(3) A series of rheological parameters are obtained by back analysis cases onfresh SCC with different flow properties, the rheological parameters are fitted toexperimental parameters of L-box test, and formulations are obtained:(4) The V-funnel test of Fresh SCC is simulated with the rheological parameterswhich are obtained from back analysis cases and formulation calculations, thesimulation results tally with V-funnel test results, it demonstrates that the rheological parameters obtained from back analysis cases are accurate. |
