As a new type of clean combustion technology, oxygen-enriched combustion iscurrently considered the most feasible measure for CO2emission control. Accordingto the combustion characteristics of CFB, carry out the research of CFBoxygen-enriched combustion technology has an impotant academic value andpractical significance.Primarily, we did the thermo-gravimetric experiment under10%,21%,30%,60%,80%oxygen concentration with five coal particles with different combustioncharacteristics(blind, meagre, bituminous, lignitous coal and coal gangue, about1mmin diameter), and analysed the reactive kinetic parameters of combustion.Theexperimental results showed: With the increasing of oxygen concentration, the TGcurves moved to the lower temperature region, the peak of DTG curves increased,and the burning time decreased; The Tiand Tfwere decreased with the increasing ofoxygen concentration. The oxygen concentration have a greater influence on TithanTf, further more, the increased oxygen concentration has little effect on thecombustion time; High volatile coal have lower Tiand Tf, more count for improveoxygen concentration; Obtain the kinetic parameters of coal particles under differentatmosphere through theortical calculation. With the increase of oxygen concentration,the activation energy and frequency factor are increased, conforms to the first-orderreaction.Next, take one circulating fluidized bed combustion test system as theresearch object, meshing the computational domain of furnace by Gambit, carryingon the numerical simulation of the furnace under different oxygen concentration andair flow rate by Fluent. Analyzed the temperature distribution at the different heighthof the furnace. The results shows that: Circulating fluidized bed boiler can realizestable combustion under different oxygen concentration; The results of numericalsimulation and experiment shows the same variation of temperature distribution, canreflect the main temperature distribution in different conditions.
