When the turbine generator in the working state,the turbine generator stator windingcan be affected by electromagnetic force,When the end of ending have severevibrations,it will affect the normal work of the motor, it can cause accidents sometime.Inthis paper, turbine generator for electric power ends were analyzed and calculated useANSYS, we also have a simple analysis of its vibration.In this paper established athree-dimensional model of a600MW turbine generator stator end windings,using thismodel, a calculation model of fine in ANSYS, the current density is set to the excitationsource, the electric power end windings under steady state operation and three-phaseshort-circuit condition size calculation.This paper analyzes on the three-phase shortcircuit conditions, single bar at different times of the same layer, electric distributionpower phase two adjacent bars electrical distribution, dynamic layer phase two adjacentbar electric difference distribution, power of two line a distance is connected in the nosebar electric power distribution the situation.structure combined with the model, the endwinding vibration of turbo generator stator of numerical calculation. Based on thenumerical calculation of the end winding of electric power, and the vibrationcharacteristics of the end winding of the whole structure, which can provide reasonablesuggestions for the designing.To ensure the safe and stable operation of turbogenerator.
