This paper introduces the application of electromagnetic calculation softwareMagNet on a SFP-750000/750can be disassembled transport transformer no-loadcondition analysis, core structure of the transformer is a three-phase five limbs fourindependent frames, is obtained by analyzing the distribution of magnetic flux andno-load loss of the transformer core. In order to verify the accuracy of the calculationresults, this transformer to establish scale model, and the no-load state of the fluxdistribution measurement and measurement of no-load loss. On the same scale modelsimulation model is established, and the obtained results are compared with themeasured value, to determine the feasibility of engineering application and theaccuracy of calculation. And for the future of the modeling and simulation providesmeasurement data of experience and experimental method of numerical analysis.
