With the development of economic society in China, for the problem of the air conditioner ofthe office building, which is highly energy-wasting, having conflicts between energy consumption offresh air and indoor air quality, and can not be adapt to the personnel changes, we have developedthe DCV operation mode in temperature and humidity independent control of air-conditioningsystems. The DCV operation mode adopts the method of variable air volume by fixed moisture in thecooling season to control the humidity of the room and at the same times meet the requirements offresh air in door. The paper propose two kinds of air-conditioning system: Radiation ceilingcombined displacement ventilation system and dry fan-coil unit combined DOAS system, which willbe suitable for the DCV operation mode, gives its characteristics and design approach, and give adesign description in a office in Guangzhou. At last, this paper use Airpak software to simulate andverify if it can meet the requirements of airflow organization. The results of the simulationexperiment show that the velocity distribution, temperature distribution, the moisture distribution oftwo kinds of air-conditioning system in door is in accordance with their respective ventilationcharacteristics and meet the requirement for design; The relative humidity below60%in workspace,the maximum of humidity ratio of air nearby radiation ceiling is12.2g/kg,and the surface ofradiant panel will not appear dewing phenomenon; The value of PMV-PPD is0.836/22.3%and0.94/25%of two kinds of air-conditioning system respectively in workspace, and the value of ADPIis85%/81%respectively.The indoor airflow organization and thermal comfortability meetspecification requirements. The value of Evis1.3/0.9respectively. In conclusion, the indoorairflow organization and thermal comfortability can meet the requirements by using radiation ceilingcombined displacement ventilation system and dry-fan coil combined DOAS system. The indoorthermal comfortability and IAQ of the former is better than the latter.This paper introduces the DCV operation mode in temperature and humidity independentcontrol of air-conditioning systems in office, gives the corresponding air-conditioning forms and its design approach, and hopes that it will be helpful to the design of the air-conditioning system of theoffice building.
