The earthquake-proof performance of the structure is determined by its absorptionand dissipation energy capacity. Seismic action on the structure can be transformed intolow cycle loading on the structure. Research on low cycle loading hysteretic behavior ofsteel structure, can reflect the ductility and energy dissipation function of the structure.This paper first introduces research status of the eccentrically braced steel frameand steel structure hysteretic performance; Second D shape eccentrically braced steelframe hysteretic performance to nonlinear finite element analysis, and the principle of Dshape eccentrically braced steel frame design, laid a theoretical foundation for ANSYSfinite element simulation.After the two chapters,the paper, from the length of link beam and spacing andthickness of stiffener, using the large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS ofD shape eccentrically braced steel frame seismic performance under low cyclic loadingare studied. Study on the nonlinear beam element Beam189.using the isotropichardening, kinematic hardening and mixed hardening constitutive relation of material,in-depth analysis of the cyclic loading hysteretic behavior, Obtains the model hysteresiscurve, limit load, ductility coefficient and energy dissipation, which summed up the linkbeam on seismic performance of steel frame best related parameters, this paper has thecertain reference value and significance in the D shape eccentrically braced steel frame.
