Fuel cell power generation technology is the fourth power generation technology followed hydroelectric power, thermal power and nuclear power generation technology, and became the world’s high-profile technology. Proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC), which is considered as the most promising, clean energy sources at new century, stands out from all of the fuel cells, because it is clean, efficient and environmentally friendly. At this stage, PEMFC has been used in automotive, power, aerospace and other fields. In order to make PEMFC’s output is more stable, and provide a more stable energy, we need further analysis of the internal structure to study the input-output characteristics and the control method of stable output.This paper outlined the characteristics and classification of FC; described the PEMFC’s characteristics, range of applications, working principle and structure, and described the problems of PEMFC in advancing the commercialization in the process from the structural.In order to study the input and output characteristics of fuel cell, we simulated internal the PEMFC, by analyzing several major factors of voltage changes:the electromotive force, activation over voltage, ohm over-voltage and concentration over-voltage effects, we establish an internal simulation model, and for the parameters of the security settings of Platform for fuel cells in the laboratory, we simulate using Matlab/simulink block.This article continues the study of fuel cell power generation system after the various parameters of the inverter stage and LC filter in determining the theoretical value, based on the experimental method to determine the inductance L and capacitance C of the specific value. And use experimental methods to determine the parameters of the control circuit.
