With the continuous development of transportation industry in our country, thehighway engineering requires a lot of construction, Bridges play a vital roleespecially in the area of across the valley as one of the important engineering. Sinceentering the21st century, with the continuous improvement of science andtechnology, different structure of the bridge has been developed rapidly, theprestressed concrete continuous girder bridge has been got a lot of use in the bridgeconstruction for the small deformation, strong stability, beautiful shape, low cost,driving comfort and high seismic performance,etc. The inner forces andconfigurations of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge using the cantileverconstruction method may deviate from the design values due to the following factors,such as non-homogeneity of concrete, properties, variation of geometric parameters,temperature, humidity and time etc. In order to ensure the safety in the process ofbridge construction and final design theory satisfy state, the whole constructionprocess of the bridge must be controlled strictly.The paper cited Jiang Jihan navigation engineering,318national roadprestressed concrete continuous girder bridge as the engineering background, givesthe study of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge construction controltechnique, the prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge construction of linearstructure, stress and temperature field has been calculated analysis and fieldmeasurement mainly on means of finite element simulation software MIDAS. Thispaper discusses the prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge constructioncontrol, influence factors, the content of the construction control method and thestructure calculation method, based on the stages of prestressed concrete continuousgirder bridge construction simulation analysis, the implementation of the prestressedconcrete continuos girder bridge structure linear control and stress control andtemperature field analysis. Through the research main conclusion as follows:(1) Prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge construction because of manyuncertainty factors exist in the process, construction control is very necessary.(2) Finite element software MIDAS/Civil space to318national road of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge construction process simulationanalysis and establish the bridge model, the extraction and construction of allsegmental arch degree value and effective guidance for the bridge construction,through in-situ test data can be obtained. The closed mouth height difference on bothsides are in the range of specification allows and finally according to the structure ofthe linear theory of the bridge is very good.(3) Key cross section of box girder structure stress and strain test data can beconcluded that, in the process of bridge construction the key section of the measuredvalues are basically identical with the theoretical value change, and after thestructural system transformation and surface load after construction, the secondphase of side span and the cross edge of midspan cross-section have larger reservesof compressive stress, the stress distribution of the whole bridge is quite reasonable.(4) Through the analysis of the effect of temperature difference of box girdercantilever structure can be obtained, the related data of testing and strengthening offolded piece of casting shall be carried out before sunrise in the morning avoidingthe influence of the stress and temperature on the structure of the linear. |
