In recent years,the world has emerged a large number of high-rise buildings.With the height of buildings increasing,the structural design and construction arefaced with new challenges. It can be found that,the stiffness,bearing load,boundaryof structure,the shrinkage and creep deformation of concrete are constantly changingduring the construction process. These factors will cause the internal force ofstructure change,and partial stress may even become the control factors of structuredesign. In addition,the influence of different construction strategies to the structureisn’t the same. It should pay attention to the long-term effect of the initial deformationand stress,which is caused by the construction. This topic takes a428m superhigh-rise building as engineering background. It mainly includes the entireconstruction simulation analysis and optimization of construction and seismicperformance analysis of construction stage specific as follows:The finite element model of428m super high-rise building is constructed withthe aiding of commercial package MIDAS/Gen and then the structural dynamicproperties are computed. Establish construction simulation analysis model,whichconsiders the shrinkage and creep effect of concrete,and the construction levelingmeasures. It carries on the construction simulation analysis,to explore the variationcharacteristics of interal force and deformation of the structure duiring theconstruction process. Then it gives the development law of interal force anddeformation along with the construction process,and the distribution characteristicsof vertical deformation along with the height of the structure. It also focus on thecalculated datas of interal force and deformation with different loading methods andmake clear the influence of shrinkage and creep effect of concrete to the deformationof the structure.The paper pays attention to the he interal force of outrigger truss anddeformation of these floor else.Combined with practical engineering condition and site construction conditions,do optimization on the construction scheme of super high-risebuilding. Effect ofdifferent construction scheme on the structural internal force and deformation variation vary. So it is necessary to analyze the different construction program todetermine the state of interal force and deformation of the structure under variousschemes. With the construction conditions,do optimization on the constructionadvance layer of core tube and outside frame,and the bonding time of outrigger truss.By changing these two factors,the paper has make clear the influence of differentconstruction schemes to the deformation difference and the interal force of outriggertruss and gives some suggestions to guide the construction of the high-rise building.On the base of construction simulation analysis,do reinforcement design for thestructure and then choose construction steps need to do seismic performance analysis.The Pushover analysis is conducted for the structure witch was defined and assignedthe plastic hinges. Do research on calculated results of Pushover analysis,such asPushover curves and performance points,floor shear distribution,floor lateraldeformation as well as plastic hinge’s development and so on. Finally,the paper givesa brief review of the seismic performance of this construction steps.
