| With the rapid development of China’s automobile industry, China’s carownership surged in the year at an alarming rate,is one of the countries with mostserious traffic accidents in the world. The car ESP as an important aspect of vehicleactive safety,is gradually developed based on ABS and TRC.It will take the initiativeto collect the steering wheel angle, lateral acceleration and other information,theelectronic control unit can process the information in a very short period oftime,quickly judge the unstable state of the vehicle,and the hydraulic regulator issueda directive to brake,To apply the brake the wheels to avoid the vehicle sideslip alongthe vertical direction or rotation.At present, most studies focused on the control strategy and the early product inChina. Hydraulic system works as the executive mechanism, plays a vital role inautomobile ESP, it is directly related whether the vehicle ESP can control the unstablestate of vehicle fast and effective.In this paper, deeply analyze the structure ofautomobile ESP, especially the structure and working principle of hydraulic system.And for a specific type of ESP, analyzing the inner structure of the hydraulicsystem,to establish the correlation model, simulates and analyzes the influence of some keyparameters on the performance.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analysis of the composition of the car ESP, including sensors, electroniccontrol unit and the hydraulic system, and the study of its working principle.Focuseson the analysis of structure of hydraulic system, the brake pedal, vacuum booster,brake master cylinder, accumulator, brake wheel cylinder and plunger pump. Themathematic models were established.(2)Analyzed the working principle of key components, and established theadvanced modeling based on AMESim,including the brake pedal, vacuum booster,brake master cylinder model, pre pressing unit model, brake model etc. At the sametime,the characteristics of input and output is analyzed.and the hydraulic controllermodel is established for the overall simulation, to verify the correctness of the model. (3)Analyzed the impact of pre pressure unit, solenoid valve, brake wheelcylinder, low pressure storage parameters to the dynamic characteristics of hydraulicsystem. |
