In the traditional speed control system adopted commonly in the installation ofspeed sensor, tachogenerator or incremental photoelectric encoder to obtain feedbackspeed, but due to a series of problems in the speed measuring device installation andmaintenance etc., so more and more scholars focus on the speed sensorless vectorcontrol system (SVC) study.SVC system without hardware detection, improvesystem reliability, reduce cost, reduce the motor and controller connection, makingthe system more concise.In this paper, AC asynchronous motor as research object, introduces themotormathematical model and vector control principle, and leads to the speed sensorlessvector control method. The speed sensorless vectorcontrol is based on the motorterminal voltage and current detected,calculate the flux and the speed of the motorvector control mathematical model. So in the SVC system is focused on the speedestimation, this paperadopts the method of model reference adaptive speedidentification. Model reference adaptive control is the output or the state of thereference model and actual process parameters are compared, and the adaptive law toadjust the controller, so that the deviation between the actual output and the outputexpectation in some sense as small as possible. According to the relationshipbetween the motor rotor flux voltage model and current model and angular velocity,the set voltage model as the reference model, current model as the adjustable modelmodel reference adaptive speed identification system, then the voltage space vectorpulse width modulation method using vector control of motor. This paper uses theMATLAB/Simulink platform to simulate the whole system testing, test results showthat the vector model reference adaptive control system has good performance intorque and speed based on.After MATLAB/Simulink simulation test, according to the characteristicsofhigh-speed processing system and FPGA, the FPGA of the speed sensorless vectorcontrol is designed based on. According to the designidea of FPGA module, thewhole system is divided reasonably, thecoordinate transformation module, SVPWMmodule and speed identificationmodule are analyzed and studied in detail. The simulation software finallycomes through the QUARTUSII simulation, thesimulation results show that this scheme has good speed adjusting performance.
