With the rapid development of economic construction in our country,non-renewable resources increasingly scarce, environmental pollution has becomeincreasingly serious. In order to protect the natural environment to the survival ofhumans, to avoid the non-renewable resources, energy conservation has become theinevitable social development route. In addition, refrigeration technology permeatesnearly all aspects of the national economy, the application of the air conditioningrefrigerating system is more and more popular, saving the cost of the operation of theair conditioning refrigerating system problem has been a great concern of the wholesociety.Traditional air conditioning refrigerating system is energy saving potential of theindustry in recent years are the use of new technology of energy saving. Based on theshortcoming of air conditioning water system, summarizing predecessors’ e×perience,emphatically from the save energy consumption of air conditioning refrigeratingsystem and systemic research on the two aspects of cost savings.In order to save air conditioning running economic cost, this paper studies the icestorage technology. Using the "peak valley price" policy of the city, for the ice storageinstead of the traditional air conditioning refrigeration system, can greatly reduce airconditioning refrigerating system operation cost. Ice storage system, however, cannotachieve energy saving, in order to further achieve energy saving target, this paperfurther studies the buried pipe ground source heat pump air conditioning system,winter for underground heat exchanger, save the winter heating energy consumption.Summer to get cold exchanger can be used as the cooling energy heat pump (chiller),using the valley electricity price refrigeration, to improve the refrigeration coefficientof refrigerating machine, so as to achieve the goal of saving energy consumption of airconditioning cold storage system.Therefore, this article embarks from the two aspects of economic and energysaving, to the change of the traditional air conditioning refrigerating system greatly, formed the ground source heat pump-ice storage cold heat source system. Combinedwith the actual central air conditioning system engineering, this paper expounds theengineering summer cooling, winter heating control strategy, the economic benefits ofengineering are analyzed. Research results show that the compound energy systemsboth from an economic point and from the Angle of saving energy, has broadapplication prospect in the future. According to the design thought of design of airconditioning cold and heat source system, this paper not only has a certainenergy-saving benefit, more objective economic benefit can be obtained.
