Axial fan asthe main components of sprayer,playing an important role in improving performance ofsprayer.Currently, the axial fan is mainly composed of single stage structure and driven bythe motor. Because of the large volume of complex structure, the higher the supportstructure requirements, the larger the negative impact of the flow field and other issues ofmotor, this paper intends to use the hydraulic motor placed in the duct as the drive unit,effectively reduce the impact of the flow field drive, and will run a two-stage axial fanseries to achieve significantly improved the performance of the fanThrough theoretical analysis to determine the structural parameters of a two-stageaxial fan, the establishment of geometric model of the fan according to the structuralparameters and use CFD software simulation of different turbine models to study theimpact of different parts of a two-stage axial fan performanc. When analyzing the impactof the fan duct structure to the axial fan parameters focuses on the duct diameter, the ductlength, motor segment length, the number of guide leaves, the length of the spray duct,spray duct diameter, and to find out the larger factors affecting fan performance, lay thefoundation for subsequent work.The main level of the impeller speed when analyzing the impact of levels of thetwo-stage axial fan impeller, the secondary impeller speed, impeller stage angle, the angleof the secondary impeller four factors alone changes affect the performance of the fan.By orthogonal analysis the impact of dust diameter, impeller speed to the fan and acombined effect of two impellers speed and angle to the axial fan performance throughcomparative analysis to identify range of fans, power, wind, etc. Finding the biggest factoraffecting performance, the optimal combination of the fan and comparing the fanperformance of a single variable with the previous simulation results. |
