Presently, there is a big waste of resources in "paperless office" and huge securityvulnerabilities in network information environment, some electronic biometricidentification office products in market only focus on improving "software andtechnology" since their birth, detailed analysis and research of human-device-environmentare not conducted from the angle of industry market. How to design products which cansatisfy demands of both market and customers with industrial design means is animportant subject for all designers while they are facing practical commercialized projects,it is also the key problem which was researched and solved in this paper.Firstly, by driving of market and users, using guidance of current data method ofmarket analytic approach and key point investigation method of investigation approach,products with indirect competitive power were compared and analyzed, the signaturedigital board of Japan and the company’s agent products in early stage were analyzedemphatically, existing issues were found. Secondly, with the help of direct data approach,on basis of product localization of handwriting digital signature service system, the wholeindustry market was analyzed and studied, through user research with observation andquestionnaire survey, practicability and necessity of device development were pointed out,limiting factors which exist in post signature devices were confirmed for their designers.Thirdly, innovation work of handwriting digital signature device was started under guidingof relevant knowledge and theory in mainly Ergonomics and Product Form Design as asupplement. Fourthly, the whole working process was concluded and analyzed, designingbenefits brought by handwriting digital signature device which was developed in thisproject was expounded from aspects of its chain value and etc.This handwriting digital signature device is now marketed used, from customers’acceptance, satisfaction and other respects, it was proved that in this project, with lead ofrelevant theoretical methods in industrial design, handwriting digital signature devicewhich satisfies needs of market and customers was designed successfully,"non-materialized" service system and "materialized" signature device were combined ingeniously, enterprises’ capabilities of competing and responding were improvedeffectively, the device is more convenient for customers to use and operate, and moreefficient for increasing office productivity in various areas.
