With the Changzhi-Nanyang-Jingmen ultra high voltage (UHV) demonstration projectput into operation, stochastic power fluctuation appears on the ultra high voltage (UHV)tie-line, it become an important factor inhibiting link transmission power, threateningregional interconnected power grid safe and stable operation. However, there is notsystematic study on tie-line stochastic power fluctuation. In order to ensure the stableoperation of the ultra high voltage power grid, this paper proposes a method forquantitatively analyzing the impact of stochastic power fluctuation on the powertransmission capability and a control method for suppressing the stochastic powerfluctuation.First, introduce the mechanism of tie-line stochastic power fluctuation, then propose aprobabilistic analysis method and a quasi-steady-state method for quantitatively analyzingthe impact of stochastic power fluctuation on the power transmission capability. Thequasi-steady-state method simulates UHV tie-line power fluctuation by adding the powerfluctuation to the load, then the quantitative relationship between the stochastic UHVtie-line power fluctuation and the power transmission capability can be calculated.Second, utilize the quasi-steady-state method proposed in chapter two to simulate thepower fluctuation impact on the power transmission capability. First the simulationsresearch on the equivalent system, summarizes the relationship between tie-line powerfluctuation characteristics and the the transmission capacity, and then research on theprototype system.Finally, analysis the principle of CPS and T standard, propose a new AGC controlstandard (MT standard) for UHV tie-line of multi-zone interconnected power grid. Basedon the standard, this article design a controller to suppress the tie-line stochastic powerfluctuation, the last simulation results show that the controller based on the new standardcould suppress the tie-line stochastic power fluctuation effectively.
