The system for scheduling operation sequence in power grid is an effectivemeasure to prevent misuse and reduce staffs’ workload in the operation andmanagement of china’s power system, which is of great value in power system area.After years of efforts, it has been developing towards more intelligence, moreuniversality, more portability and more scalability, and has achieved fruitfulachievements. However, the developed system hasn’t been widely applied in powersystem due to its weakness in real-time performance, versatility and practicality,openness and intelligence. Therefore, developing an intelligent system for schedulingoperation sequence is of great significative in reality, which can improve themanagement level of scheduling in power grid.The paper integrates C/S and B/S framework software’s superiority, and developsan intelligent system for scheduling operation sequence based on the hybridframework. The function of the system is allocated reasonably, whick increase theefficiency of sharing as well as its openness. The client of the C/S model isresponsible for drawing and maintaining power grid graphics, making out operatingsequence by graphical ways, and assessing grid’s static security risk. The client of theB/S model is responsible for circulating the tickets, making out sequence in the formof text, maintaining the basic knowledge, and managing users. In addition, in order toimprove its practicability, the system provides a set of solutions range from drafting toexecuting the operation sequence, as well as a parallel flow check and a friendlyinterface.Considering the optimal load supply path in scheduling operation, the paperdesigns a comprehensive expert system. When loads need a transfer, the system willadopts depth first search strategy in analyzing the power network topology structure.Meantime, it combines heuristic pruning technique to eliminate the unsuitable loadsupply paths, which are dissatisfaction with the economy and security of power grid.Through this process, several feasible load transfer methods are found out. In order toensure the uniqueness and rationality of the load transfer method, the system putforward a method that evaluate the static security risk index of several feasible powersupply schemes with considering the cascading failure risk. By calculating the staticsecurity risk index including low-voltage, overload and cascading failure of power grid under different supply schemes, we gain several comprehensive risk indices. Themost safety and optimal power supply scheme is the one that owns minimumcomprehensive risk index.From the debugging and operating of this Intelligent scheduling operationsequence system, it shows varieties of advantages including friendly interface, easymaintenance, easy circulation, openness and high intelligence. Generally speaking, itcan alleviate scheduling staffs’burden, and improve the security of power system.
