The deformation of foundation pit has heavy impacts on the adjacent ambience.Therefore, how to accurately analysis and predict deformation of foundation pit insensitive environment is critical in the foundation on engineering. At present,numerical analysis has been proved to be an effective means, but in the numericalanalysis process, designers are often lack of experience on how to accurately selectthe constitutive model and the corresponding parameters of the soil.By simply comparing between the results from HSS constitutive model providedby the finite element software PLAXIS and other constitutive models, the advantagesand disadvantages of a constitutive model are analyzed and verified. Combined withthe original documents and the corresponding references of the HSS constitutivemodel, of which the parameters are analyzed, referring the geotechnical domesticfoundation soil in Geo-technical Engineering Report, summarize a set of the modelselection schemesin accordance withthe corresponding parameters in HSS constitutivemodel. And byanalyzing the various parameters’ impact on the stress sensitivityanalysis of bottom pile in foundation pit excavation process,then according to the soildeformation to explain some of the reasons, there is a profound understanding ofsome transformation image,and provide some reference experience when selectingparameters for designers,. The influence of bottom of the pile on the deformation offoundation pit and simple analysis of time effect of foundation pit are analyzedin thethree-dimensional finite element analysis,optimize a more accurate prediction of pitdeformation. The following main conclusions can be reached:(1)Each parameter in the experimental formula can be summed up by combiningwith home and abroad literature researches on HSS constitutive model parameters andvarious parameter values on HSS constitutive model can be figured out viageotechnical investigation.(2)By finite element analysis and the parameter-sensitive analysis whichfoundation excavation works on the axial force of the pit bottom pile,lateral frictionand excavation soil resilience, the relative sensitivity of each parameter can besummed up, then analysis can be done through the explanations of each parameter’sphysical meaning. (3)Measuring several soil deformation parameters by soil test and doingsummaries combining with the parameter provided in the survey report, whichprovides some experience for the future.(4)Verifying the reasonableness of the HSS constitutive model parameter bythree-dimensional finite element analysis and doing simple research in the time effectof the foundation engineering.
