Based on the detailed discussion on the actuality and development of the multiple-inputDC-DC converter,the full-bridge Boost mode multiple-input DC-DC converter is proposed anddeeply investigated in this paper. This kind of circuit topology is composed of Nmutually-isolated active-clamp high-frequency full-bridge inverter circuits with input LC filter,energy storage inductor and one common output full-bridge rectifying filter circuit through onen-input single-output high-frequency transformer. It can convert some isolated or non-isolated,unstable input DC voltage into one desired, stable and high quality output DC voltage.The circuit topology, master-slave power budgeting instantaneous voltage and currentfeedback phase-shifted control strategy, the characteristic of steady principle, working mode,design criteria for the key circuit parameters are deeply investigated in this paper. The designcriteria of key circuit parameters such as output voltage of the converter, voltage and currentstress of power switches, input filtering capacitor, high-frequency transformer, energy storageinductor, clamped capacitor as well as output filtering capacitor are obtained.The theoretical analysis and simulation results of1kW40~60VDC/380VDC full-bridgeBoost mode two-input DC-DC converter have shown that the converter has the advantages suchas double isolation among multiple input sources and between output and input of the converter,simple topology, strong voltage matching ability, multiple input sources can supply the powersimultaneously or individually, small input current ripple, high power density, high conversionefficiency, high reliability at short circuit, magnetic flux of high-frequency transformer easy toadd up etc. The correction and feasibility of full-bridge Boost mode multiple-input DC-DCconverter are fully verified by the principle test, and lay the key technical foundation on the jointsupply of multiplicate new energies.
