Modern power system is a complex nonlinear dynamic system; its operation stability isthe most basic requirements of power system. Power system stability can be divided intoangle stability, frequency stability and voltage stability. Shengli oilfield power grid as one of thenation’s largest enterprise grid, takes important responsibility by supplying power for crude oil production;the normal production of oilfield is determined by operation stability of power grid. These changes bringnew challenges to the operation security of power system, and one of them is the voltagestability problem. Because the major load of oilfield power grid are oil well (65percents ofthe total load) and affusion electrical machinery (20percents of the total load), accidents orvoltage fluctuations bring influence in the operation of oilfield. So it is important to researchvoltage stability of oilfield power grid.According to current operation situation of shengli oilfield power grid, combining withthe characteristics of oilfield production and oilfield power grid, carrying on research for thestability of Shengli oilfield power grid. In this paper, the equivalent network model wasestablished by taking the220kV rating system of oilfield power grid as the research object, the static maximum load and static voltage stability margin of the oilfield power grid wascalculated and analyzed using continuation power flow method and the Thevenin parametersidentification method, focusing on the voltage and current of after fault N-1and N-2operation were analyzed and calculated by PQ power flow method; The transient voltagestability of oilfield power grid was primarily analyzed; Measures that improve the gridstability were put forward. The validity and feasibility of those measures were verifiedthrough simulation and calculation.
