Liquefied natural gas (LNG) charging machine is one of the necessary equipment fornatural gas as fuel for energy vehicles. As the terminal part of the Liquefied natural gas site,it plays a role in terms of accurate measurement, safe filling, etc. Need to complete thecycle of pre-cooling and liquid metering operations. In addition, it is also a platform forhuman-computer information exchange, providing settlement metering information, butalso need to provide some dynamic parameters on the gas flowing through the pipeline.Single-chip microcomputer control system is the most important part of the chargingmachine. Control performance directly affects the stability of the machine and the accuracyof metering settlement.The first, this paper introduces the working principle and the advantages anddisadvantages of the charging machine from the security and reliability, accuracy, cost ofproduction and so on. Second, the existence of various problems from charging machinerunning optimize the information display interface, and studied how by using PI controlalgorithm to solve the high-frequency submersible pump arising the moments of highimpact problem for the charging terminal, to reduce measurement error and productioncosts in the safe and reliable basis. Paper describes in detail the overall scheme based on theATmega128microcontroller chip design, and hardware circuit module design, and softwareprogram module design. Finally, verified the feasibility and correctness of the design of thesystem through experiments, laid the foundation for engineering applications.
